Tarot & the Night Sky: Finding Our Personal Mythos
Wednesday, May 8, 2019
7:00pm – 9:00pm
Life throws us challenges, victories, agony and wild joy… With mythology, Tarot, and astronomy, we can re-frame life’s meandering plot to find the greater themes within our own stories.
We’ll be looking at myth-based parallels between the Tarot and the many non-zodiac constellations in out northern hemisphere sky to discover new perspectives. Larger themes emerge: allies, both worldly and divine; threshold guardians that challenge us; crossroads and turning points; “magical tools” and much more.
A basic working knowledge of the Tarot is recommended. Please bring your own preferred Tarot deck and note-taking materials.
